The original Super Mario Bros and by extension this is an example of flawless game design which people still play to death over 30 years after its launch, so whilst some scores can be questioned on this site, this is not the one for that discussion. There are some small changes that create some of the added challenge with a few extra enemies, less powerups and in some cases smaller platforms for you to land on.
