The location of the hotel was perfecto, and you could overlook the Waterfall from the balcony. my room had forest views which is less expensive than waterfall views. Very happy with our stay. Yes, dry cleaning and laundry service are offered to guests. The grounds surrounding the hotel itself are also nice, there are hammocks to lie in and listen to the birds or read a book.

All staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and spoke English fairly well. We stayed for 3 nights F-M and were extremely pleased. The lobby and all the open spaces are comfortable and lovely.. My room was great and had a wonderful view of the falls. All the service was excellent, My girlfriend and I were over the moon.

We chose a Deluxe Room King Size Bed with Falls View. It took ages to serve coffee or maybe I just needed to adapt the South American lifestyle a bit more.
