It 'll do alright though. I've seen someone run a team with Whiscash as the keystone because it is only weak to grass, and then use Skarmory as Whiscash's defender since Skarmory obliterates grass. It’s difficult to ignore Altaria in the Pokemon Go Great League meta. Play Rough is resisted, but Bubble and Ice Beam or Hydro Pump all hit for neutral damage. Not sure about matchups across the field. To ensure Lapras doesn’t become outflanked by an Electric-type, Jolteon can quickly come in for the assist, and all the better if it knows thunder shock, discharge, and thunderbolt. Registeel’s Lock-On makes it a formidable opponent in the Great League. Dragon Pulse is a little more juicy but does benefit from STAB and is therefore an excellent secondary choice.
