I know you need all of the skills mastered to perform the secret Valkyrie technique, but I cannot seem to master those two techniques and I fear that is why my percentage is at 90.48% techniques learned. Take lift to middle level, drop down to room before save point, drop till at the base of room then use Dimension Shift. Does an attack as if you had successfully parried. Can only be performed if you mastered every other technique.
