If it leans any direction, it would be Marcina, but not sure if it would be closer/better to say 55:45 than just 50:50. imo Marcina is one of Zelda's worst MUs after Cloud and Bayo.
For the record, here's Pugwest's Marth MU chart. Marth already had some pretty crazy strengths before the patch. Dancing Blade had fsmash levels of power that if skilled enough could consistently land tippers on with the right timing. I don't think a quick twitter comment will mean much. I'd say that tipper Bair is his most impactful change, but it's still not Lucina's Bair (which only kills about 10-15% later than Marth's tipper Bair) and as a kill option is outclassed by Nair for the most part.

I'm so happy nintendo addressed this issue in his character design. lucas has a lot going for his style that helps with the marth MU. Tipper Uair is also nice but it's not a move that Marth uses much in neutral nor is it a move he uses to get kills with. In 2019 López Pérez won the Super Smash Bros. Marth has terrible landing options which lead to him getting grabbed. Those are just my thoughts though. Issues. Edit: Also another thing. So according to the Best Marth in the World, These character go even with Marth..... Palutena Pacman ROB Yoshi Zelda BowserJr FemaleWiiFit MrG&W. In my experience, I don't feel like the buffs really change that much for Marth. I play both Palutena and Marcina and the MU is really even. You just have certain things you can do to increase your odds.
