Since grooming allegations against John “SleepyK” Lee went public, the Smash community has experienced a sort of revived #MeToo movement. Big names in the competitive Super Smash Bros Esports scene are facing sexual assault accusations by other members of the community. I am documenting allegations, mainly ones that have come out in the past week or so, in this thread. A number of players and popular personalities in the Super Smash Bros. community have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct and assault pouring out in recent days. I'm trying to make this list Smash players only, no other FGC, as explained here. Many Smashers have come forward to share their stories of abuse, often at the hands of prominent community members. Many members of the Smash Community are under fire after an extensive list of sexual allegations has been made against them.
