... Interview Questions. I have plenty of office and customer service experience. I was able to complete the entire challenge within 45-minutes, passing every single HackerRank test. You can literally beg for someone to help you or answer a simple question and they all ignore you.
Once I completed the questions I was scheduled for a Video Skype Interview with a manager. This is a contract job and the pay is low but the workload is high. I believe that they age discriminate. Also, I don't like getting paid once a month. It's a boys club. This will replace the current featured interview for this targeted profile. The process took 3 days.
You want to get to know the candidate without stepping over the line. Not a single error.However, the next day, I get an email that says “due to your results, we will not be proceeding further”.

Work with great people who are passionate about what they do and strive their best to provide the highest level of quality service possible. When you are a manager, it can be difficult to pick the best questions to ask.
There are currently no benefit reviews for this company. Also, the support system is worker-friendly and affords cooperative flexibility for scheduling and overtime.
Later, a friend of mine told me that this is a way to weed out older candidates and to get millennials at half price.

All interviews were with a single individual, starting with an in-house recruiter. The manager who would be conducting my interview emailed me to see what time I would be available. I have been working at MobSquad full-time (Less than a year), Free coffee, nice officeRecruiting dinners (until you're forces to stay out and drink until 2AM), - Terrible management- No work-life balance- Work is about face-time not productivity or output- Expect to work seven days a week 14 hours plus per day- Management will not value you- You're better off sucking up to the CEO (especially if you're a girl) over proving your work quality and output.
