Pre ordered a ps5 with them had no problems was reassured that my order wouldn’t get cancelled and that they would get it to me on release day one thing I didn’t like or don’t understand is why I can’t add extended warranty to my ps5 it’s a bit weird and annoying because most places like very and John Lewis let you extend hopefully they do look into it and let you take out warranty as it would be very helpful, Excellent company and very fast delivery service.
