Cloud’s nair isn’t that good. And yeah Lucina is better than Marth but the gap isn't anywhere near that dramatic. Jigglypuff is actually not bad now. Toon Link and Young Link are both high tiers. SF characters don't fit in Smash. It's almost unfair really. 842. High tier. His strengths have been made better, and his Smashes and tilts are amazing, but he still retains his weakness of terrible offstage game with low range (but powerful) aerials and painfully bad recovery- both traits that Bowser deals with better. His down bs other than feint jump aren’t as good in my opinion since counter doesn’t work against heavy disjointed and you can miss it easily and the head butt just doesn’t seem that useful to me. Samus/D Samus are high tier.
